Cathy Carchidi

You're Home Custom Interiors is the reinvention dream of owner, Cathy Carchidi. Cathy's working career, spanning 20+ years, included work in human resources, law and business management. Her career change to interior design came about as a result of a life threatening illness which caused her to realize her true calling. Growing up in an artistic and art-filled home, Cathy came to once again embrace her creative side. She attended New England School of Art and Design at Suffolk and set about gaining hands-on experience in the design field. Today, she has over 14 years of design experience, including a design position at a Wellesley design firm specializing in custom window treatments and furniture, and a management position overseeing a residential design department for a major furniture retailer. Since beginning her own business in 2003, Cathy has designed and managed numerous large and small projects, ranging from small decorative touches to full scale home building guidance. One of her specialties is expert color selection. Cathy's philosophy about interior design has been described as a breath of fresh air: keep it simple, give her clients gentle guidance, deliver what they truly want, and offer excellent service.

Pamala Bruni-Holick

Pamala Bruni-Holick, an architectural interior designer, has a diverse background in residential remodeling design and is a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer. She is a proficient and creative space planner and she loves to design custom built-ins to fit her clients lifestyles, from gorgeous libraries to well organized mudroom spaces. Pam has over 20 years of experience helping her clients realize the kitchens, baths, and interiors of their dreams.

Colleen Ciulla

Colleen Ciulla, Office Manager Extraordinaire at You're Home, makes all the various details behind the scenes come together. Colleen's background in finance enables her to deftly manage all the purchasing, work orders, bookkeeping, and vendor management required in a design firm.
