Depending on the nature of the your project, our professional design services may include any combination of: space planning and drafting, color consultation, and expert guidance in the selection of custom quality furniture, window treatments, fabrics, rugs, and decorative accessories. We offer complete design project coordination for kitchen and bath renovations, as well as for new room additions. We embrace all types of projects, be they small rooms within your home or entire estates.
Our fee structure is typically a flat, one-time fee based upon the size and scope of the project. Initial introductory meetings in your residence are complimentary and provide us with ample information to propose design budgets and an appropriate design fee. We do not generally bill by the hour, unless it has been mutually agreed upon for a given project. We’ve chosen, as many designers do, to also work on a modest markup on home products that we procure for you.
